With all the exams and “nasty” school stuff now well and truly out of the way, the Youths are back in full swing.

Last Sunday, Conor T Farrell and Aoife O’Brien went to the Moynalty GP where Conor was unlucky to be beaten in a two up sprint while Aoife finished 4th overall and 1st girl in the U14 race.

Aaron Wade travelled to Gorey for the South East Road Club promoted race in which he was unfortunate to slide out on the run in but managed to correct himself and finish 3rd so great results there for all the younger Wheelers.

Caoimhe O’Brien has recently returned from a training camp in Mallorca where she was part of a Cycling Ireland Talent Team. The team was based in Palma and took part in both track and road training spins so all great experience for Ireland’s up and coming youth riders.
