Eoghan Brings Group A on Endurance Session

With a lovely bright fresh morning and a head full of knowledge from the Paddy Doran workshop there was no excuse for the A lads last weekend. In fairness to Eoghan Kevlihan, who has taken on the role of training coordinator, had a well structured session planned. This saw the larger than normal group riding a leisurely pace to Tyrellspass where the plan was to do eight strength efforts over and back on Gneevbawn Hill.

Following this - and admittedly with heavy legs - the group rode a good steady pace to Kinnegad and returned back to base with a good endurance session in the bag. Well done to all and hopefully with more structured sessions in the coming months we will see results when the racing starts next March.
