Weather Hampers Club Spins

The incessant rain and wind of the last few weeks has played havoc with the weekly club spins resulting in very little action on the roads for all groups over the last month. Last Sunday was another cold and wet day and saw only a small number of Wheelers brave enough to get some miles in.

There is generally a drop off in numbers at this time of year as members are usually busy preparing for the Christmas. This is no harm at all as the break from routine is often a good thing and it allows tired bodies to recharge and recover after another long year. Hopefully everybody will return full of vigour, (not figure) after the Christmas holidays.
