On Sunday 8th June we had a team of 6 in Navan Co. Meath for the Sean Nolan Meath GP, with each category doing a different amount of laps, of the challenging 43km circuit.

In the A2 race which was over 3 laps of the 43km circuit, Peter Rimmer was unfortunate to puncture and finished the day in the A3 bunch. For Matt Burke and Eoghan Kevlihan it was their first A3 race after being upgraded recently. This race was over 2 laps of the 43km circuit. Both lads put in a strong performance but a crash on the run into the finish, which the lads managed to avoid, put paid to a top 10 finish with Matt Burke finishing just outside the Points.

Aidan Daly, Moss Keane and Roy Carey were in the A4 race which was also over 2 laps of 43km circuit. There were numerous breaks throughout the race but none stuck and the finish came down to a bunch sprint with Roy finishing 7th. Aidan and Moss finished comfortably in the bunch. Well done lads.

In the earlier race, David Boyne got a very impressive 4th place.
