With only days to go until the big 40 “Suits and Sparkles” night out, ticket sales are moving well. Special guest on the night is former professional cyclist and World Champion, Martyn Irvine, who will be talking about his amazing career and his thoughts on the Irish cycling scene. 

This promises to be a fabulous night of good food, music, dancing and craic to celebrate 40 years of cycling in the Mullingar area so, if you haven’t already got your tickets please contact Jack Nugent, any committee member or alternatively they can be bought in Oscar’s Restaurant. 

In the weeks leading up to this event it is proposed to conduct a series of interviews with a few members who have been involved in the club over the last four decades. These will commence next week so if you are one of the “chosen few” please participate as it will be a bit of craic and add to the occasion.
