Making the Most of The Dry Winter Weather

The winter programme continues with all groups joining together for steady endurance spins under the rotating “Leader” system. Despite a biting cold wind the 50 plus riders departed the clubhouse last Sunday in various groups in the direction of Tyrrellspass.

The plan was to head over Croughan Hill then on to Edenderry via Rhode for coffee and cakes. With the sugar levels replenished the road back to base was via Kinnegad which left all riders with a very respectable 85kms completed in lovely dry conditions. Not bad three weeks before Santa arrives!
