Juniors about to set out for Laragh Hill
This week all the juniors headed out from Lough Sheever Park in the direction of Ballynacargy to test out our climbing legs on Laragh Hill. As was expected, the hills were tough and the group soon became strung out with some riders feeling the effects of their holiday break from the bike.

We regrouped over the hill and headed down some very fast and winding side roads and then up Skeagh hill. We regrouped again and the headed over towards Castletown via Loughnavalley and then back into town with everyone feeling the effects of the hills.

Please note that as of Saturday August 31st the junior spins will continue on Saturday mornings leaving from Heiton Buckley at ten O’clock. This is due to the fading light and also because of the schools re-opening.
