With 4 B groups heading out for the 2nd week in a row it looks like these large numbers look like the norm going forward.  With a North Easterly wind a relatively flat spin up by Killucan, Ballivor, Rathmolynon and Enfield was decided upon. Once again the level of fitness within the club is going from strength to strength.

With the hour changing forward this weekend we thought that we might have a few casualties due to the hour less in bed but with Sligo beckoning in 3 weeks everyone was out of bed and eager for road.

Speaking of Sligo and the Spring Spin Charity Cycle, the B group are planning to run a longer 70 mile spin next Sunday. With Mothers Day in mind we will be leaving the ORS at 8am with the plan is to be back at  the usual 12.30pm. For those of you who want a shorter spin the usual 9am start from ORS will be catered for as well next Sunday.

So I'd better get planning a nice route for next Sunday and if you are an early riser we'll see you there at 8am otherwise be there at 9am for the usual 50 miler.
