 Born: Dublin Age: 23 Fact: At the end of 2013 Philip failed to secure a professional cycling contract with a French pro team. He sold his bikes and secured a non-cycling job. Thankfully Philip was then asked to join the Baku Cycling Project and has embarked on the next phase of his cycling career.
