Sign On will be from 10am at Mullingar Rugby Club, off the N4 motorway (junction 13) on Castlepollard Road. Stage 1 for Ladies and Cat 4 will start at 12noon from Race HQ on Saturday while the Category 3 and Category 1-2 races will start at 2pm.  New routes will be used this year. These excellent racing routes (see links to route maps below) have good road surface and while there are no major climbs, there some rolling hills which will provide a good test. Stage 2 is a 3km time trial which has a good stiff climb most of the way . 

All races will be limited to a maximum of 80 riders.
