This is starting to become a bit of a habit now! Two weeks in a row I managed to get out on the club spin! Upon arrival even Stevie Wonder would have seen that the numbers were down today, most likely to do with a certain Leinster Final taking place in Croke Park. The least said about that the better! Although numbers were low there was still an A Group, two B groups & a C group rolling out of the "Clubhouse". With the wind coming from a westerly direction with set of for Ballymahon via Skeagh hill.

En route to Ballymahon the decision was made to turn for Ballymore just outside Moyvore, this was done to avoid the Walderstown motorbike races. Before long we were crusing along the road heading to the town with no middle when we came across both of the B groups coming in the opposite direction. From Ballymore we turned right along the rolling roads into Moate for a well earned coffee where we were entertained by our new club stand up comedian!

After our refreshments the nine strong group  took leave with a tailwind in tow. With most of the group eager to get back in time for the match we came home via Horseleap & Streamstown. We got back home with 80km in the legs and an average of 33kmph.
